Pickup Policy

Hi! 

If you’re interested in scheduling a pickup with us. Please make sure the item is in-stock. Our website is 100% accurate and can tell you if something is sold out or in stock. 

We are located in Long Island New York ( Zipcode: 11552) We are not allowed to give out our full address for pickup until an order is placed on our website. 

We do require at least 1 BUSINESS DAY of processing your order, If an order needs to be rushed for same day pickup we do require a SAME DAY PICKUP fee $15 before picking up with your item. Please also note that SAME Day pickup fee are non refundable. If you're trying to pay with cash , we will require a cash fee because we don't usually accept cash ($10 cash fee). 

Availabilities are based on time slots: Monday - Sunday 11AM - 6PM ( We do offer late-night pickup as well) 

Saturday is also available , please contact us to see if we’re available for when you do need a last minute pickup. We are out of the office on the weekends but we will accept last minute pickup with the pickup fee . 

You have up to 5 Business Days to set up your pickup appointment or your order will be cancelled. 

Uber Delivery is also an option , we are not responsible for the fees or any lost items from your order after its given to the driver. We do provide a photo of your item in the uber before we send it off. You’re responsible for sending your own uber.
